Dana W Kammersgard – Managing Director, Co-Founder

Dana W. Kammersgard has over 35 years of senior executive management experience and serves as founder, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Salmon Capital Holdings, LTD.

In addition, Mr. Kammersgard has served as a Board Member for ImageWare Systems (San Diego) and Board Chair for M&G Global (Vancouver), recently acquired by Fortive, a US public company. He currently serves as Board Member to TZOA (Vancouver), Portable Electric (Vancouver) and AVA Technologies (Vancouver) as well as an advisor to the following companies among others:

Open Ocean Robotics (Victoria) autonomous data collection vessels
Sequitur Labs (Seattle) cybersecurity for edge/IOT devices
Gathering Place Trading (Campbell River) herb & spice import/export company
Walcan (Quadra Island) seafood processing

As an angel, Mr. Kammersgard has invested in US and Canadian startups, including Portable Electric, TZOA, OOR, M&G Global, Sequitur Labs, AVA Technologies, Solaires, Zennea and Keela.

Mr. Kammersgard is also a co-founder of the Campbell River Area Angel Group (CRAAG) and co-founded and sponsored the Campbell River NexStream challenge.

Prior to his work as an angel investor and Board member, Mr. Kammersgard was the Executive Vice President of Cloud Systems and Solutions for Seagate Technology (STX), where he was responsible for all storage systems related products and strategies.

Prior to joining Seagate Systems in 2015, through the acquisition of Dot Hill Systems (HILL), Mr. Kammersgard, was a founder and served as the President, CEO and a director of Dot Hill Systems Corp. ("Dot Hill") since March 2006. He served as President of Dot Hill from August 2004 to March 2006. From August 1999 to August 2004, Mr. Kammersgard served as Dot Hill's Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Kammersgard was a founder of Artecon and served as a director from its inception in 1984 until the company's merger with Box Hill Systems Corp. in August 1999.

Lisa L Kammersgard – Director, Co-Founder

Lisa has over 30 years of marketing experience including Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Social Media/Website Design, Graphic Design, Photography, Tradeshows, Merchandise Design as well as Outbound & Inbound Programs.

In addition to marketing, Lisa volunteered extensively at her 4 children's elementary, middle and high schools - working in classrooms, libraries, health offices and gardening programs.

Her passions are her family, volunteering for/helping with charitable organizations, crafting, and hiking, boating, kayaking, bicycling and fishing with her husband and 3 dogs.
